Claire Winther

Claire Winther (she/her) is a Calgary-based dancer with a Bachelor of Arts (Dance, with Distinction) and a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honors) from the University of Calgary. She presented her kinesiology honours thesis at the 32nd International Association for Dance Medicine and Science (IADMS) conference in Limerick, Ireland. Claire is an apprentice dancer for W&M Physical Theatre’s WM2 Dance Company and has also performed in work choreographed by Marie France Forcier, Yukichi Hattori, Linnea Swan and Christianne Ulmark. She has danced in films showcased at WildDogs International Screendance Festival and IGNITE! Festival for Emerging Artists. Claire looks forward to dancing for Ballet Bodies in Motion II this season.
