Breanne Wilson

Breanne Wilson grew up in Calgary, Alberta and received a BFA in dance from the University of Arizona School of Dance with a minor in Business. She now splits her time between Los Angeles, Vancouver & Calgary. Television credits include The Midnight Club on Netflix, Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies on Paramount+, Wild Cards on CBC, The Vince Staples Show (Season 2) on Netflix and Yellow Jackets (Season 2) on SHOWTIME. Other recent credits include the 25th Anniversary production of Art on Ice in Switzerland touring the country with Aloe Blacc, La Traviata with Los Angeles Opera performing as a principal dancer and Singin’ in the Rain performing the iconic dance role of “the girl in the green dress” originated by Cyd Charisse, choreographed by Spencer Liff. Singin’ in the Rain was nominated for 11 Ovation Awards, taking home 3 at the 2020 Ovation Awards celebration in downtown Los Angeles. Breanne was also the featured dancer in the Sweet Like Summer music video by artist GITAA where she worked closely with choreographer Travis Payne and video director/producer Rushka Bergman. Before moving to Los Angeles, Breanne was fortunate to perform as a company member with Odyssey Dance Theatre in Salt Lake City for three years. She performed several principal roles with the company and completed 3 European tours. She has danced works by George Balanchine, Sean Cheesman, Spencer Liff, Kitty McNamee, Mia Michaels, Larry Keigwin, Gary Chryst, Ann Reinking, Jamal Sims, Sherry Zunker, Bonnie Story, Ernie Flatt, Garrett Smith, Derryl Yeager, and many others. Breanne loves sharing her passion for dance through teaching and choreography. She has taught at several dance studios throughout Canada and the United States, holding a weekly spot for 2 years at Harbour Dance Centre in Vancouver. She also enjoys adjudicating and has judged for Candance, View Dance Challenge, Turn It Around Tour and Moose Jaw Festival of Dance.
