Ballet Bodies YYC Membership

Application for the 2026/2027 Season will open on July 16th, 2026!

Ballet Bodies YYC (BBYYC) offers a tuition-based membership program designed for intermediate and advanced adult ballet dancers (18+) who are committed to consistent, high-quality ballet training. Our season runs from September 2026 to June 2027 at the beautiful DJD Dance Centre.

As a non-profit organization, we are deeply committed to keeping ballet accessible and affordable. By assembling a group of dedicated dancers through our membership program, we are able to offer high-calibre classes at some of the lowest rates in the city. Membership fees directly support class operations, including studio rental, guest teachers, and administrative costs.

How to Apply

  • Applications will open on July 16th, 2026

  • Deadline: August 15, 2026

  • Selection process: Space is limited. Priority is given to:

    • Returning BBYYC members

    • Dancers applying for the Triple Membership (3 classes/week)

    • First-come, first-served basis

  • Who Can Apply?

    • Intermediate to advanced adult ballet dancers (18+)

    • Dancers who can commit to regular weekly training for the full season (September to June)

Membership Options & Tuition

  • Triple Membership

    3 classes per week

    Monthly Fee = $125 + GST

    Full Season Cost = $1,250 + GST

  • Double Membership

    2 classes per week

    Monthly Fee = $105 + GST

    Full Season Cost = $1,050 + GST

  • Single Membership

    1 class per week

    Monthly Fee = $55 + GST

    Full Season Cost = $550 + GST

  • Class Schedule

    (September to June)

    Tuesdays: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM (TBC)
    Fridays: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
    Saturdays: 12:15 PM – 1:45 PM
    Sundays: 10:00 AM - 11:25 AM
